New year, new beginning.
So, I changed my blogskin and all, and gonna blog now! ^^

Well, I went to a few places to bai nian. My paternal and maternal relatives' houses.
I enjoyed! Of course.

Jayden and Diana. I didn't take a proper picture with Kaiser. :( Well, nevermind! :)

For my CNY Day 2, I went to watch night movie with my cousins and bro. Jack and Jill was awesome and funny show alright! We had fun! We had drinking game as well. Do not misunderstand the word 'drinking', we drank PLAIN WATER. SERIOUSLY?!

Ohya! Did I mention that I went back to TSS for my first CNY celebration as an Alumni.

Mr Siva was the God of Fortune and I went to get the gold (chocolates) from him! HAHAHA!
I had a lot of fun with my juniors, friends, you, me, him, her, they, she, he. I made friends with the Japanese as well! HAHAHA! I know that was really random. LOL!!!

At the same time, I wish to use this opportunity to thank everyone who made my 2011 such a special one. I have gone through a lot of ups and down, and I have become a more mature Stephanie. Currently, I'm in the working society, I realised how much fun/evil/sickening is this world becoming. But I'm just a part-timer, no comments I should make.

It was AWESOME ALRIGHT!

Tomorrow marks the first day of Term 3. Time flies yeah.

Another 6 more months, I will say goodbye to Tanglin Secondary School.

For these 4 years, I had grew, learned and experienced this ugly world. However, I had also taste the sweetness of friendship and had memorable moments with my friends. Thank you, people.

While blogging, the feeling of not wanting to leave school and wanting to get out of school is back again. Ohwell, I will just enjoy my last 6 months with my friends and score many A1s for my subjects in my O'level 2011 and Prelim 2011. CHEERS!

I&E Outing

It was stated clearly that all of the members meet at 11am, however, some sec3s who totally failed to be a leader because of their punctuality. They came 2h30mins later, like seriously, what is this man?!?! They don't even apologise for their mistakes, they even ate before coming. LIKE SO WTF!?!!? You are late and you went to eat which cause you to be extremely late. Do you really know that how many people planned this outing just for you to enjoy. Like seriously. I was the last station game master, which they need to find me at Siloso Beach. & those late comers said that I was stationed at the Beach because I am a bitch. Like totally, thanks for saying I'm beautiful. _l_ x10.

Crystal, sharizal, zahid, zachary, weilin and I decided to go rent a bike. After cycling for 1 hour, both crystal and I went to the seaside to have a h2h chat. It was really nice. Shihui and Zahid came along, and they told me to hack care the small incorrigible girl and went off. After 5 mins, I went up to the shore and decided to go to Vivo and watch movieeeeeeeeeeee. Watched X-MEN with Crystal and Zahid. I was shivering in the theatre so zahid passed me his jacket. I was like 'are you prepared to runaway from home?' But thanks for the jacket. ^^

On the way home, I had a lot of fun in the bus. MUHAHAHAHA! It was really enjoyable.

3D2N E cube camp 2011 was a success!
There is tears, laughters, shoutings, cheerings, blamings and finally working with one another.
Things I like about Y2Y is that the people in the organisation thinks for one another, care for one another. & when something bad happens, we overcome it together as one. :)
But it was kinda of sad when the Sec 4 are only allowed to join in after focus. :(
But I AM AWESOME! :D

Day 1 was kind of awesome.
Before introducing myself formally to the campers, they knew me! & they went on chatting and chatting with one another. I knew DongJun, my co-trainer that assisted me, was very excited and nervous about it, though he didn't do a very good job in the bonding part but I can see he tried his best.

Day 2 was awesome.
We went for learning trips! We got free Ice-cream. I talked to Zahid the Goldfish in the bus, and have many laughters. Zahid told me that he was very very worried when he realised that I wasn't in the bus, then he called me, I told him I'm still in the shop. He was like, "WHAT?!?" Actually, I was waiting for some sec2 kids that are waiting for their takeaway food and I was like WTF?!? Did we say that you can buy anything?!?! & since their leaders knew nothing about this and just went off to board the bus, I stayed behind just in case the bus leaves without us, I can still call Mr TCS to sent us back. It was really sweet of Zahid when he rush all the way back. He thought that I was lost, Muhahahah! & he was a great help at the 'Project wild geese' when my co-trainer have to station at the games and I have to take care of 2 groups. It was really nice because I wasn't feeling good during that time. Zahid the Goldfish kept checking on me whether I am feeling okay or not. :) The alumni and us ordered MAC delivery and the taste of coke is simply awesome. & it was damn funny when each time Zahid tried to talk to me when I'm angry at him, he was like. "Ok lah, sorry lah, you never hear me explain. :(" then he will show me the sad face and I would pretend to ignore him and he will repeat saying that again and again.
& I was laughing at him through out the camp! Like Goldfish eyes. Muhahaha!
I sounded evil right? Gah!!

Day 3 is kind of sad but still awesome!
Slept for 1 hour because Jishyang was trying to make me sleep by saying, "take a rest, 1 hour rest, 1 hour only". & I used back the same sentence to Jishyang when he was playing the Captain Ball. WHEN HE RUN, HE LOOKS LIKE HAMTARO!! & I started laughing with my hoarse voice.
My group was really bonded and though they did not win any prize, I am sure they enjoyed the process that they can't find it anywhere else anymore. :)
& It was totally a shock when I realised my name was called to go into the Ring and burst the balloons because I raised my hand up. But actually, I was posing to Asei's camera. Like so LOL!!

Zahid and allicia and co. are awesome people! :D
When they really comfort/console/cheering me up when I was very upset.
Though I refuse to tell Zahid the actual reason, he still tried his best to cheer me up. Farhan too! I had many laughter and fun in this camp. I had never regretted joining I&E committee.

Went to Vivo with Faye and Yugene.
Yugene = toilet boy. Muhahahaha!
Faye and I was walk and walk to find a perfect present.
Was kinda tired so we ended up in a cake shop eating cakes! Yummy!
Then we continue to shop. We went to Daiso, rilakuma shops and Tangs!
We listened to some old chinese songs when Faye got so quiet because it reminds her of beautiful memories she had with her friends.

We watched Fast and Furious 5. & we took lots of pictures and 5 of us was laughing all the way. & we finally had PIZZA! Muhahahahaha! Remembering the times during SYF, everyone was feeling sick and tired, but we still continue to hold on and hand in hand we overcome each difficult task. I prepared a little gift for everyone and I sincerely thank them for being there for me all these while. Thanks juniors, I hope that you guys can excel better after I graduate. All the Best! :)

Band Outing:
It was really fun and I am glad that my juniors are awesome. They prepared everything without any one's instructions. We helped out, we laughed. I have 3 Polaroid photos, and I really miss the time in Band, where I feel that everything is good, everything is gonna be fine. Both Cindy and I went to rent a double bicycle. We rode and shouted and screamed in the beginning, and Cindy said: "I think wo men de mo qi hen hao, yi ding ke yi ying jia min and jac." Ended up, we took a long time to start off. People around us was cheering fo us. HAHAHAHA! We talked a lot when we are riding and I know you almost cried. HAHA! Good times always passes quickly, soon it was about 6, we took group photos and we went off. In the train, there was laughter, there was tears. But no matter what, WE ARE THE BEST! :)

Mid-Year Examinations had finally over.
I didn't prepare for it. So it means that I wouldn't do very well this time.

Till now, to be honest, I have not get over with the SYF results.
It is so disappointing, you know.
When you knew that everyone really played their best, giving everything they had, and it was one of the best times we played on that day. The moment you heard the result, you just felt that every one's efforts had just gone into waste.

Despite your friends, teachers, band mates, family members had gave you encouragements, supports and care. It just made you feel that you failed them. You failed the school. Each time, I saw band mates in school or passes by Band room my heart just aches and wretches. All of them tried to hide their grief so to make you feel better. But, deep inside, we were all feeling sucky.

Yeah, so what it had past for over a month? You just don't know how it felt to know that you had to carry the award for 2 years, 6 months effort gone into waste, more than 40 people feeling disappointed, and you just can't do anything to change the award, because it's no longer within your control. Helpless much right?

In addition, you still have to listen to your friends' "harmless" comments and not knowing that how much it hurts. But what can you do? Whatever they said was right, it is true that we got Bronze. We can't blame them much because they don't know how it feels and it wasn't them who led to all these. All you can do is listen and keep quiet about it and allow your heart continue to bleed.

However, we gained something as well. A very bonded band, a meaningful experience and a determination to get what we should.

Dear Geng Chen, you might not see this and I do not want to tell you as well because you will feel proud later on. Actually, out of all the juniors I have in Percussion, you are the best one. You've grown up and mature a lot. When you play wrongly, and people criticised you, you kept it in your heart and continue to act as if it's okay but as a senior, I know you're not. You felt humiliated, you felt that you ruined the pieces. 5 months ago, back in December, whenever I asked you to try some parts, you will say "I cannot, I really cannot." before trying till now, "can try lah." I am glad to see how well you've grown. Remember the times during March? When we have a mass changed in our instruments, you had to go play the Timpani, I knew how difficult was that from snare drum to Timpani. Knowing that one month more to SYF, you didn't gave up, you continue to play your best, and you did really well. You improved so much that I don't even know how to praise you. I remembered that when you cried after the SYF, it really makes me felt so heartbroken. You gave much support, thank you and I am sorry to make you shut up every time. Although, SYF 2011 is the last SYF for you, I hope that you can teach your junior well and as a Section Leader now, you better do a good job and not mess up the section I had take a long time to get everything into the right position. JIAYOU OK! :)

Dear Raihanah, you did well as well, I knew how difficult for you to play the pieces, especially after the Band Camp, you felt that your confidence level dropped so drastically that you don't even have the confidence to play the parts you really know. I knew how helpless you felt. Thanks for being there all these for me and improving so much for that 1 month. Knowing that it would be very difficult, you didn't gave up. Teach your juniors well and hone your skills because you still have another chance when you're sec 5. Go Raihanah, you have my support! :D

Dear Shihwee, you've been very strong. Thank you. When I saw your tears after knowing the results, my heart really wretched. I knew how you felt when your seniors doesn't comes for practice because they have focus, but you kept it within yourself because you knew that we really have go. Now, you became the Drum Major of the Band. Lead your people well. Now, you got what you want, you need to show them what you are really capable of. It will be a tough time ahead but I know you can really cope well. Shihwee, thanks for improving so much and insist on playing though you're injured. Go Shihwee, you have my support too! :D

Dear senior, DESIRE!! Muhahahaha! You have been doing really well as well. I knew you had gave up a lot and insisted on not crying even though you're feeling disappointed because you know that if you cry, I would feel really bad. You comforted me, and you forced yourself to come to band because I urged you to each time I see you. Thanks for staying on, you gave me much confident to continue to lead the section as a Section Leader. & I really love the sound of the snare drum. :)

Dear Jacqueline, thanks for staying on when I told you not to quit. Though there are people in band that do not like you and attitude you, you continued to stay on even though you don't feel good at all. Thank you. :)

Dear Cindy! Buddy, I knew that till now we couldn't get over with it but we did not mentioned it just in case anyone feel sad about it. Thanks for your support all these while, it really makes me feel really good. You helped me in cheering the juniors up right after the result was announced. You stopped crying though it was really hurting. Buddy, you rocks! :D

Dear MR SAMUEL YAU, thank you for giving a good scolding during March like 1 month ago. It was really a wake up call. Thanks for your effort, you really did a good job and make us feel that there is hope for us getting a Silver back. I knew you felt really disappointed as you were expecting better from us. It was really great for us to have you to teach our Band. Though we are really a small band, you didn't gave up on us. Thanks for your support all these while. And you looked really charismatic when you are conducting. I appreciate all your effort and you rocks as much as me! :D

Indeed, there is up and down in life and I might need more time to recover from all these. And I realised how much I had learned in Band. I don't regret joining band and I miss the hectic life during March, where I had to go for Band practice almost everyday. Band, I hope that you guys can get Silver or Gold in 2013. All the Best. :)

I think, 3 weeks ago, at this time, we are listening to Mr Yau and the teacher's speech and all of us start crying again. HAHA.

Coursework A of Food and Nutrition O'Level Practical 2011 is successfully completed. Thank God.

Mid-year examination is coming in 2 days time, and the Royal Wedding of Prince William and Princess to be Kate Middleton is getting married in 3 days time!! Excited!

This week is worth remembering and it is coming to an end.

I've gone through a lot. Cheering, crying, scremings, shoutings, laughing, joking and more. I miss band. :'(

We got Bronze for SYF 2011. It was very dissatisfying because we really have no obvious flaw in our 2 pieces.

I don't feel regret because I did my best. :)

Thanks juniors, I am very proud of you. The SYF performance was the best performance I saw today. Let's continue be a bonded and WONDERFUL section. We are the best! ♥♥♥

Although we did well but we did not get a satisfying award, but we got something the others don't have but we have and that is memories of FRIENDSHIP. Keep that bond, because we are the best! From our Percussion tutor :

Zheng Yi Zhu : you guys did great job! 100% improvement since i first heard the section.

I also feel very sorry for my band conductor, from his face on achievers day he looked really really tired. We prepared a surprise for him. Thank you, Mr Yau. You made me enjoy band a lot. :)

Thanks band for leaving me a wonderful experience and time. I see how we co-operate with each other during this period. Thanks juniors for giving me so much support. Though the result wasn't good but we really played well. There is no obvious flaw. Probably there is something wrong with the listeners' ears. As what Mr. Yau said, we are really wonderful. Thanks for improving so much. Really. Today's performance was the best, really best. Being a senior, leader, I can't cry as and when I want. Even it just flows out, you have to stop it or recover to your normal state immediately. Then you've to go and pacify your people. Band, those memories of friendship I will remember it for life. THANKS!

9 days to SYF makes me feel that there are butterflies in my stomach. I love band practice, I felt very touched when I see Juniors/Seniors putting in effort to play their parts well. I felt very touched when I hear them playing. However, I just hate band practices when people thought that I am a very patience woman or a babysitter. I don't have control of other people's life. You're getting all the credits while all the job is left for me to do huh. We shall see, who'll have the last laugh. But, whatever, I am not going to quarrel with you until SYF is over because I am not as irresponsible as you. Don't you understand that whatever you do, affects the whole band, dude. & Michelle's Blog can't be found. Miss Solastri's Golden Rule: Treat others as you wish to be treated. Off to sleep. :)

A day in Universal Studio!

I went to one of the tourist attractions in Singapore today, which is The Universal Studio, USS. I don’t know why they named it USS instead of TUS.
I sat roller coaster twice and you will feel that your organ inside was turned upside-down.

It is totally fun and enjoying. Pictures up! & it is the only place whereby even Singaporean feels proud of it. So, hurry up! Go there to ENJOY!!!

Note: You will have to bring a thousand of dollars there to shop. Firstly, the things there were expensive and there is toooooo much cute things for you to purchase!
